The Town of Espanola is seeking a Property Appraiser, certified by the Institute of Appraisers of Canada to undertake an appraisal of each of the lots described as:
PIN 73409-0780(LT) (PCL 28197 SEC SWS; LT 80-83 PL M883 MERRITT; S/T LT269453; ESPANOLA) and,
PIN 73409-1167(LT) (LOTS 84 & 85 PL M883 MERRITT; SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT AS IN LT269453; TOWN OF ESPANOLA) and,
PIN 73409-0750(LT) (PCL 28197 SEC SWS; LT 89-91 PL M883 MERRITT; S/T LT269453; ESPANOLA)
The work is to be undertaken immediately following the selection of the successful service provider and all aspects of this work must be completed by July 9, 2021.
Proposals including a description of the work to be completed, proof of certification by the Institute of Appraisers of Canada, relevant work experience and costing must be submitted by JUNE 18, 2021 and can be emailed to:
