Brown Water Disruption Subsided
The brown water disruption seems to have subsided. Further disruptions may occur, however the Public Works Department is confident that they will clear up by running a cold water tap. All tests taken during troubleshooting yesterday indicated that the water met regulation and is safe to consume.
Should anyone experience brown water, please run a cold water tap continuously with the hope that it will subside. We recommend that you refrain from using hot water or doing laundry during the disruption. If the water doesn’t clear within an hour or so, please call the Public Works office at (705)869-1751.
