Application:   B-09/20 Consent Application

Proposal:       The subject applications concern land legally described as Merritt CON 4 PT Lot 7 RP 53R17462 Parts 1 and 2 PT PCL 19332 – PIN # 73406-0245, 731 Centre Street. The property is zoned as C2 – Highway Commercial.  The purpose and effect of the application is a technical severance to correct adjoining owners of abutting lands. Adjoining properties have merged on title due to the same Ownership, severance will facilitate and permit the sale of property.

Public Hearings:  Council for the Town of Espanola will hold a public hearing to receive the views of the public on Tuesday, December 8th, 2020 at 7:00pm via Video Conference electronic  participation, Council Chambers, 100 Tudhope Street, Espanola
