Espanola Begins Public Consultation Phase of Strategic Planning Process

ESPANOLA – Today, the Town of Espanola announced the public consultation phase of its 2023 to 2027 Strategic Plan.
The consultation will be in the form of both electronic and paper surveys as well as meetings with business and community groups.
The Strategic Plan is intended to identify what kind of a community Espanola is aiming to be in the future and the actions the municipal corporation should take to achieve the long-term vision of the community.
“The community’s participation in the Strategic Planning process will be key to assisting Council with its decision making over the next four years and we are hoping for a good response” said Mayor, Doug Gervais.
Electronic copies of the survey can be completed at : www.espanola.ca/strategic-planning , and paper copies of the survey are available at the Town office, the Espanola Library, and the Espanola Regional Recreation Complex.
