Flags have been lowered to half-mast at all municipal facilities today, June 29th, in honour of Councillor Bill Foster who passed away on June 28th, 2022. Councillor Foster dedicated much of his time to the Espanola community as a long-time member of the Lions Club and an active member of a number of Community Boards and Committees. Councillor Foster was in his second term on Council. His dedication and commitment to the Town of Espanola will be deeply missed.
