Flags will be lowered at municipal facilities from Sept 1^st to Sept 3^rd to honour and commemorate the life of Raymond Freeman, Former Chief of Police who passed away on Aug 31^st.  Ray served the Town of Espanola as Police Chief from 1988 to 2009. The thoughts and prayers of Council and Staff for the Town of Espanola are with his family and friends at this time.
