The Town of Espanola is seeking a Real Estate Agent to advertise and sell each of the 9 lots described as:
PIN 73409-0780(LT) (PCL 28197 SEC SWS; LT 80-83 PL M883 MERRITT; S/T LT269453; ESPANOLA) and,
PIN 73409-1167(LT) (LOTS 84 & 85 PL M883 MERRITT; SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT AS IN LT269453; TOWN OF ESPANOLA) and,
PIN 73409-0750(LT) (PCL 28197 SEC SWS; LT 89-91 PL M883 MERRITT; S/T LT269453; ESPANOLA)
Proposals should include a listing agreement, setting out the real estate commission expected based on the understanding that the sale of a lot shall be closed before any commission will be payable. It should also set out the intended duration of the listing agreement and include that any Holdover Period for the payment of commission shall not exceed 30 days after expiry of the listing agreement.
The selected Agent will be provided with a proper listing price based on certified appraisal and a special schedule for power of sale realizations to be attached to every offer of purchase.
