OACP Use of Force Information Video
Please take the time to review this joint scenario training video done by our local Emergency Services; Espanola Police, Fire and E.M.S. assisted by some very talented local actors. The scene depicts a fatal motor vehicle collision involving an impaired driver. The parents of the victim arrive on scene to the shocking discovery that awaits them; the loss of their child. Emergency Services work together as they do in a real situation where it is hectic with important decisions to be made. Impaired driving still occurs but through continued education and social unacceptance it is hoped that the number of these types of incidents continue to decrease. Please do not drink & drive!
